StudioGo is a one-stop-shop for all your automation and retail needs to help manage your business. What once took 3+ accounts to monitor, now exists in one interface. Send and track all your communication from the StudioGo dashboard or app for easy, simple monitoring. Yes, that includes both emails and text (SMS) messaging from one account! You may be wondering, "how does this work? StudioGo assigns you a local number to use from your dashboard and/or app. This is what allows both you and your front desk staff to keep communications with clients seamless and professional. In addition, StudioGo also helps connect you with your clients' social media accounts which is great for networking and reaching your customers in new, innovative ways. Q: Who do we integrate with? Currently, StudioGo integrates with Mindbody and Club Ready with more integrations coming soon. If you are a new studio without previous client information, we provide you with a fresh start and dedicated platform to house all your customer information. And if you come in with 5, 10, or 20 years of data, it's your lucky day. We'll be able to mine through your existing customers with automated reports so you can grow your revenue without even looking at your computer. Q: I have a retail component to my studio, how does that fit in? StudioGo updates in real time so you can see who is purchasing and what they buy. This is also integral in helping you identify which customers are not purchasing from you and gives you the opportunity to see why. Perhaps more of your clients prefer one brand to the other or perhaps it's a percentage of new customers that don't yet know you have a retail portion to your studio. Reporting this allows you to see where you may need to educate your clients on your offers (fancy an automated email) as well as provides a coaching opportunity for front desk staff to upsell your products. Q: Do I have to run reports every day? No! You can create a list of "evergreen" reports that are available to your front desk staff every day. For example, you can have a standard report running to identify whose contract may be ending within 30 days and task front desk staff to call them, leave a voicemail, and/or text a client (with a script boxes provided). Q: Can I create my own reports? Yes! You absolutely can. StudioGo offers a wide variety of variables for you to play with to help you capture the answers to your questions. Best part is, there is no limit to the number of reports you can run, and the possibilities are infinite. Q: How can I target specific clients that are local to my area?
