Welcome to StudioContrology, the 1st Authentic Pilates Studio in Kingstowne, Virginia. Since 2005, we have helped to strengthen, lengthen and stretch hundreds of local and visiting clients. Our clients range from beginners to fitness enthusiasts to pregnant women to grandparents…. StudioContrology is a fully-equipped core fitness Studio featuring Gratz Pilates apparatus such as the reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, pedipole, spine corrector, mats and barrels. All StudioContrology sessions utilize both Pilates mat and apparatus as well as other 'core-focused' equipment like the TRX, BOSU, and Kettlebells. Our NYC certified Pilates Instructors offer a combined 16+ years of teaching experience and hold ACE Personal Trainer and American Red Cross FirstAid/CPR/AED certifications. Since 2014, we have featured group core fitness training sessions of BARRE, PilatesMAT and TABATA Bootcamp at our Strictly Rhythm Dance Center location. Pilates, Barre and Bootcamp are for everyone!
