We are a professional firm, active since 1957, operating in the fields typically associated with members of the orders of chartered accountants and accounting experts, as well as lawyers. Since more than 60 years we are a reference point for Italian leading companies. The Firm, together with the related service companies, currently employs (or cooperate with) about 50 professionals. Studio Morandi provides tax, accounting, corporate and labour law, HR/payroll consultancy and assistance aimed mainly to industrial, commercial and financial companies. In June 2021, we became members of the HLB International network to meet the international needs of our clients through collaborations with qualified professionals around the world.
