True North Studio is based in downtown Phoenix inside the landmark monOrchid, a celebrated historic building in the heart of the Roosevelt Row Arts District. Our diverse team consists of veteran real estate developers, restauranteurs, seasoned artists, creative entrepreneurs, urban farmers, and community developers who are focused on the following types of projects: * Adaptive Reuse & Historic Preservation * Arts & Culture * Food & Beverage * Hotel & Culinary * Living & Play * Nigthlife & Entertainment * Office & Retail * Placemaking & Community Development * Urban Farming & Sustainability We’ve developed more than $5 billion in over 200 projects across 3 continents. By and large, real estate development is hard. Urban re-development and revitalization is harder. Rather than shy away from the projects deemed “impossible," we embrace the opportunity to take on the challenge with the aim to benefit all. Drawing inspiration from the light-hearted joyful side of life, we fearlessly tackle the tough projects with the goal of positively influencing the communities we touch.
