Studio Mantra Information

Studio Mantra is a unique mind & body studio in Northwest Austin...Opening Spring 2015! Studio Mantra offers a wide range of classical and cutting-edge Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes, exceptional Bodywork and incomparable retail. The studio is open 7 days a week and the hours are convenient, whether your Mantra time is early morning, after school drop-off, or later in the day after work. Daily classes include, but are not limited to: Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Barre Yoga, Mat Pilates, Private Pilates Reformer Sessions and Private Yoga Sessions. Studio Mantra will also bring yoga to YOU through our Yoga In The Workplace program and our Special Events options. Check out all the class offerings on the “Classes” page of the website. Both beginners and advanced yoga practioners will find a class, and a community, at Studio Mantra. We also offer a variety of Massage and Bodywork sessions, including: Relaxation, Deep, Thai Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Orthopedic, Sports, Ayurveda, Lymphatic, and Pregnancy Massage, as well as Infant Massage Classes. Mantra Signature Massages include customized treatments targeting the specific needs of Yogis, Runners, Cyclists and Tennis Players. Studio Mantra was founded by two women who left corporate America behind to follow a dream and share their passion – health of the body and mind. Amy Hogan, a Certified Yoga Instructor, and Reena Kaven, a Nationally Certified Massage & Bodywork Therapist, wanted to bring together a full spectrum of wellness services to create a unique Austin community.
