Seattle Rep puts theater at the heart of public life. Founded in 1963 and winner of the 1990 Tony Award for Outstanding Regional Theatre, Seattle Rep is currently led by Artistic Director Dámaso Rodríguez and Managing Director Jeffrey Herrmann. Over a season and throughout the year, Seattle Rep collaborates with extraordinary artists to create productions and programs that reflect and elevate the diverse cultures, perspectives, and life experiences of the Pacific Northwest. Seattle Rep’s nationally recognized programs include the New Play Program, Seattle Rep's Public Works, the Next Narrative Monologue Competition, Pay What You Choose, and numerous audience enrichment and engagement opportunities including post-play panels, discussions, and community events.
Our Mission
The 5th Avenue Theatre Association exists to develop, produce and present live musical theater for the cultural enrichment of the Northwest community, and to preserve, maintain, and operate the historic and irreplaceable 5th Avenue Theatre.
To achieve this mission, the Theatre will actively pursue the highest standards of artistic excellence and service, enhance and continuously improve all aspects of the facility operations, endeavor to make its programming accessible and relevant to all audiences, and maintain organizational stability.

We both produce and present musical theater (America’s great indigenous art form) with the highest standards of artistic excellence. We place an emphasis on producing and utilizing Northwest-based artists.

Based in Issaquah, WA, with operations in Everett, Village Theatre is a leading producer of musical theatre in the Pacific Northwest. Producing entertaining, quality productions since 1979, Village Theatre has grown into one of the region's best-attended professional theatres, with over 18,000 subscribers.
Through its Village Originals program, Village Theatre is nationally recognized for its contribution to the development of new musicals, having launched over 135 new works to date. The Village Originals program has nurtured the development of several successful new musicals, including Tony Award winner <i>Million Dollar Quartet </i> and Tony and Pulitzer award winner <i>Next to Normal</i>.
Village Theatre also takes pride in nurturing tomorrow's audiences through its youth education programs, Pied Piper and KIDSTAGE, serving over 63,000 young people, families, and schools annually. The KIDSTAGE program practices "skills for theatre, skills for life" and offers theatre training for kids ages 3-21. Pied Piper brings live theatre to children and their families in the greater Puget Sound area by hosting renowned theatre, dance, and music companies for public and school performances.
