Studio Duggan is a leading design studio creating distinctive and well considered interiors for high-end residential and boutique commercial projects. Founded by Tiffany Duggan in 2011, Studio Duggan is quickly gaining a desirable reputation for its highly crafted and dynamic projects, complimented by a comprehensive and personal interior design service. Tiffany's background in set design and interiors formed the perfect foundation from which to establish Studio Duggan. West London serves as the Studio's base, where Tiffany leads a passionate and creative team. With an emphasis on form, colour, texture, scale and an expertly curated mix of old and new, projects are approached holistically and underpinned with a total respect for the clients' brief. Current commissions include the sympathetic restoration of a sprawling Tudor country house in Hertfordshire; the full refurbishment and reinstatement of two adjoining period properties, previously PM William Pitt's old stable block, in Hampstead, London; a new build mansion in Kaifan, Kuwait for a Kuwaiti client with very British taste; a comprehensive update of a characterful holiday villa in Joucas, South of France; the refurbishment of the The Dart Marina Hotel in Dartmouth; and last but not least, Tiffany's own home in Queen's Park, London. With over 10 years of experience in the design sector, Tiffany studied Theatre Practice and Scenic Art at the Central School of Drama in North London. After working as a scenic artist and editorial stylist, Tiffany pursued her passion for interior design and received an Interior Design Diploma from the prestigious KLC School of Design. Tiffany takes her design inspiration from various sources. "I have a somewhat unhealthy obsession with collecting old interior magazines and books as invaluable 'go to' reference materials. Art fairs, antique markets, design blogs, as well as new hotels, restaurants and bars also provide great perspective and inspiration. Travel always dictates that I return invigorated with fresh ideas. The work of design greats Joseph Dirand, Jacques Garcia, Ilse Crawford and Paola Navone also never fail to animate Tiffany - her appreciation of the past while contemplating the future is very prevalent in Studio Duggan's ethos. "The common thread of our work is the creation of unique, varied designs which fuse different eras and styles in the pursuit of today's perfection."
