studioDAM is a full-service, professional Architectural studio located in San Luis Obispo, CA. Led by Principal Architect, Michael Dammeyer, we specialize in most project types including custom residential, multi-family, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use projects. studioDAM provides unique design solutions and profound aesthetics built around order, proportion and material selection. Each project is carefully studied based on the site characteristics and impacts: both visually and aesthetically. We believe in creating projects that result in a positive change to the environment and architecture that will stand the test of time. During the course of any project, there are many milestones and checklists that will need to be coordinated and submitted to various jurisdictions. studioDAM is the lead facilitator on every project. We guide every project from infancy through final construction and are your representative with the local government agencies and permitting processes.
