Studio Build Information

Studio Build started with the idea that the integration of the design and build processes was the best method of project delivery. Our hands-on process is a method that evolves everyday with each new project. Our extensive construction background and our on-going relationships developed within the field, we feel that in order to provide the most efficient service to our clients it is best to take the Master Builder role in lieu of the more traditional Architect / Builder role. In 2008 Studio Build started as a blog documenting the various design + build projects that Jerad was completing for friends and other people passionate about preserving all of the modern homes in the greater Kansas City area. Studio Build continued to gain momentum and by the end of the summer Jerad chose to focus all of his attention on Studio Build. Nate brought his extensive design and construction management background back to Kansas City to join the team in January 2010. Ryan re-aligned his path and also joined the team early in 2010. Studio Build offers a wide range of design and construction services. We are interested in all potential projects, nothing is too small.
