Founded in October 2010, StudentsxCEOs (SxC) is Indonesia's strategic leadership accelerator and think-tank, designed with a clear purpose to nurture and connect the nation’s next generation of business leaders. We serve as the home for a balanced, connected, and high-performing community, uniting ambitious students who are dedicated to driving Indonesia toward becoming a globally advanced and developed country. Our approach is focused and intentional. We prepare our fellows and alumni to become globally competitive leaders by first attracting candidates who share this powerful vision. This is achieved through a repeatable model centered on three core methods, through Learn (where they master new skills to stay ahead in a changing world), Share (where they deepen knowledge and unlock new opportunities through dialogue), and Impact (where they move beyond simple influence to create lasting, meaningful transformation). This entire ecosystem is bound by our core values of Leadership, Partnership, and Friendship, which foster a unique and supportive fraternal culture of high-performing individuals. Our community is our greatest strength, operating 5 major regions across Indonesia (Bandung, Jakarta, East Java, Semarang, and Yogyakarta). This extensive network connects 300+ core members, 70,000+ top students from over 30 universities, and 100+ corporate partners, allowing us to effectively bridge the gap between corporations and the nation's most promising student-leaders.
