Students + Startups Internship Program Information

Students + Startups is a 10-week summer internship program that serves as the bridge between top talent and career advancing opportunities in San Antonio, Texas. We connect hard working college students and recent graduates with local startups and small businesses offering impactful and meaningful internship opportunities. We work with a variety of San Antonio businesses in diverse industries and available positions change from year to year, dependent on participating companies and their hiring needs. Companies and intern candidates are vetted on a rolling basis up until applications close early February. Programming begins May 31st, immersion week - consisting of welcome night, orientation, community service and professional development. Interns first day of work is June 5, 2023 and last day is August 11, 2023. Many companies offer the opportunity to extend your internship into the fall part-time, however this is not a program requirement. In the past 3 years, 62% of our interns were offered employment post-internship. As our program continues to expand, our 2023 goal is to connect 101 intern candidates with 60+ companies.
