Our Mission at Stucco Diagnostics is to provide our clients with the most comprehensive stucco inspection services available. Whether buying a new home or maintaining your current one, our goal is to deliver precise and accurate information regarding the current condition of the stucco on your home, to answer all of your questions in a professional manner, and to empower you with the correct knowledge to make a more informed decision as to the maintenance of your home. Using precise moisture probe testing equipment, we can determine if moisture is getting behind the stucco wall system and if that moisture is having a negative impact on the substrate of the home. We report and make recommendations based on our background, industry experience, and certified knowledge of stucco wall systems. How the information is relayed is vital. Our belief is that everyone should be able to read and understand the stucco report. As the homeowner and our client, your understanding of the inspection findings is our top priority. We don't use confusing grid style reports that leave everyone guessing "what was tested? and "where are the areas of concern? Everyone from the homeowner to the stucco contractor hired for repairs, as well as third party individuals including real estate agents, attorneys, and engineers, should be able to understand the inspection results. Our reports are site specific and detailed with observations and recommendations. We include digital photos of all areas mentioned in the report as well as photos of the digital moisture content reading at each tested location. No shortcuts are taken with the testing procedures or the report.
