STS is a Toronto software QA and testing firm. Since 2017 we've helped teams ship software without breaking what their people depend on. What we do: - QA consulting: strategic QA embedded in your process, so defects stop at the source - Project-based QA: a dedicated team from sprint one to sign-off - Managed testing: we run your QA operation, from strategy to execution and reporting - Test automation, and load and performance testing - AI-augmented QA: better coverage and faster cycles, with people making the calls Legal tech: for law firms on Elite 3E, we work on the firm's side. Implementation and release testing, data conversion validation (every record checked against the source, not a sample), integrations around 3E (iManage, Power Automate, the 3E API and Change Stream), Intapp Billstream automation, and bilingual English and French training. Recent work: - Dentons Canada: STS led testing on the firm's Elite 3E implementation (2023 to 2025), load and performance tested 3E, Intapp Billstream and Power BI, and automated Billstream regression, including a production smoke test that passed 11 of 11 at cutover. - A firm moving to Elite 3E Cloud, live in September 2026: every converted record validated against the source, ethical walls rebuilt from source before go-live, and the iManage integration live with 0 workspaces created in error.
