Structure Title Group, LLC (“STG”) is a full-service title insurance agency offering services that include title examinations, issuance of owner’s and lender’s title insurance policies, and real estate settlement and escrow services for both residential and commercial transactions. STG’s primary focus is to protect buyers, sellers, and lenders from the various pitfalls that occur in the course of a real estate transaction. STG carefully reviews the land records for each transaction, whether it be a $200,000 residential transaction or a $5,000,000 commercial transaction, and identify all existing liens, encumbrances, easements, and restrictions, and we take steps to resolve all possible title defects to insure that all parties involved are protected.
