(Structure PMG) was founded in 2009 on the premises that to be a great real estate investor, you have to be a great operator of real estate - and - to be a great operator of real estate you have to be a great investor. Structure PMG's platform is dedicated to this dynamic relationship of real estate investment and real estate operations. We are Principals when we invest - we depend on our relationships with the real estate brokerage and real estate intermediary communities and do not want their commissions. We continue to expand our portfolio by selectively acquiring, renovating and effectively managing multifamily and commercial properties.
