Outsource2india (O2I) is wholly owned by Flatworld Solutions, serving the global market since 1999. The early years saw us primarily developing custom software, but as markets began to develop, we began offering a wide range of specialized solutions in Software, Healthcare, Finance and Accounting, Creative Services, Call Center, Data Entry Services, Engineering Services, and Research and Analytics, among others. Today, Flatworld Solutions and its associate companies have over 600 people in multiple delivery centers spread across India, South-East Asia and South America. And we have over 9000 customers spread across 46 countries.

We Manufacture Solutions. We believe we can solve complex customer challenges with precise and high quality metal fabrication and welding. We provide custom solutions that help modernize submarines and ships for the U.S. Navy. We also help our customers deliver clean water or separate whey protein from milk. We have a reputation for high quality and precision. Our products are durable and engineered to meet stringent requirements. We are a global leader in design and manufacturing of web converting machines (coater and caster machines that produce membranes for reverse osmosis filters and other applications) with customers throughout the world.

ESS has been involved in giving back to the community with projects like the Quality Life Center of Southwest Florida, and Extreme Home Makeover in Tampa with WCI. ESS also donated time and money to go up to Port Charlotte and help feed Hurricane Charlie victims. We partnered with Lennar Homes in the B uilders Care Project, building free homes for selected special needs families and disabled veterans.
