Stroud Engineering, PA is a professional engineering and land surveying company headquartered in Greenville, North Carolina. We also maintain branch offices in the coastal North Carolina communities of Morehead City and Wilmington. Founded in 1972 as a civil engineering and surveying company, our firm has grown steadily to its present staff of nearly 40 employees offering a significantly expanded set of services. Stroud has built on its successful tradition of surveying and civil engineering and now provides turnkey services in land planning and design, site development, PME engineering, water and wastewater system design and environmental services. Our clients include both regional and national real estate development firms, as well as municipalities, utilities, universities, architecture firms and building contractors.
