Mission: - Create better flow through vision and action Flow pertains to the movement of materials, products or performed services within a company for the creation of value Vision pertains to observation of processes and interactions from the personal level up to the entire company Action pertains to the activities on an individual and company level that affect the creation of value – particularly those that are focused on improvement Serving: - Firms who can commit to honestly look at their orgainzation and take action - Firms from a wide range of business areas – product development, manufacturing, non-profit, finance, service industry and others - Customers primarily in South DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) as well as throughout Central Europe - Focus is on mid-sized, privately held firms – others considered case-by-case - Companies in the lighting industry are focus for further technical consulting (LED component/ system, UV, optical, thermal, etc)
