Fit For Life is a personal training business. We are dedicated to helping those who need to either lose weight, gain muscle, stay in shape, or anything else that has to do with health and fitness. Our Head trainer Stephanie Johnson is certified in Personal Training and is a Specialist in performance nutrition. It's not a diet. It's a lifestyle.
