Stress Zero Information

Stress Zero is an organization that empowers students to help alleviate, advocate, and educate about student stress through direct on to one, group activities, and school-wide events. Our goal is to augment the role of the school-counselors and to provide another layer of support for our peers. We are changing the culture on campuses and in the community by speaking openly about mental health, encouraging help-seeking, and training and providing peer-counseling programs to the next generation. By developing and supporting chapters of a student-run mental health group on campuses in China, the nonprofit organization works to educate students how to manage stress, encourage students to look out for their peers, and serve as liaison between students and the professional psychiatrists and counselors.
