A social enterprise bringing together executives and former street youth to share lessons learned in the harshest environments imaginable. Our aim is to raise profile of the homeless youth issue, instill self-confidence, raise self-esteem and thereby expose corporations to a great untapped pool of talent. We are successful when former street youth become employees. Executives expose their up and coming talent to the expected skills and characteristics of next generation leaders, strengthen the cohesion of their executive teams and come to a finer appreciation of the qualities that made them the leaders they have become.
