The organization has been in operation since 2008 but was fully registered in 2014. Vision A Critical Mass of transformational youth Ambassadors making a living doing what they love. Mission To facilitate opportunities for youth employment, engagement and cross-cultural dialogue using Creative Arts as a tool. Over 62% of Nigerians live in extreme poverty with youth 35years and under constituting about 70% of the population. According to Nigeria Bureau of Statistics, Youth Unemployment in Q3 2016 is 49.7%. Leading economies of the world today, have laid their economic foundations on Small and Medium Enterprise. Research shows that by developing a sustainable value chain and skills training that assists young people to move from job seekers to job creators we can reduce the rate of unemployment. In 2015 we trained 50 youths through an initiative called Reflection Series. In 2016 we engaged 100youths and in 2017 we engaged another 100 youths through an initiative called The Creative Youth Bootcamp. We project that we will impact the lives of 5000 youths by year 2025. With a goal to ensure that they embody the right values, which will in turn have a ripple effect on their communities, thereby fostering geometric growth of value driven youth ambassadors in Nigeria and Africa at Large.
