STREAMVISION's first activity concerns the management and supervision of TV broadcasting control rooms and the development of IPTV television and digital signage systems. Its second activity addresses the field of e-health and the processing of data collected on a patient. STREAMVISION develops, installs and remotely manages TV broadcasting control rooms, interactive television systems with Video On Demand, Near Video On Demand, live TV and IPTV services. STREAMVISION has also developed a dynamic display system. Being specialized on signal processing, STREAMVISION team has therefore combined its skills in computer and multimedia technologies with those of partners, specialists in the medical and geriatrics world to provide solutions in the field of e-health and well-being services. The research activities carried out by STREAMVISION within this activity are essentially focused on the development and implementation of solutions to facilitate remote access to health, assist the elderly and/or dependent people at home, on the move. Thus, Check@flash is a quick medical diagnosis support armchair enabling the quick capture of body information and medical analysis via non-invasive sensors. This e-chair is endowed with non-invasive sensors (Weight, ECG, Blood Pressure meter, Pulse oximetry, Otoscope, Dermatoscope, Thermometer) that are able to measure patient’s vital parameters and generate a complete health checkup in 5 minutes, screening for 60 pathologies. One of the key strengths of Check@flash is the mobile armchair idea as you can wheel it to the patient. It is specifically adapted to motionless elderly people to easily weigh them. It can also be positioned in a sitting or lying position according to the situation. Another key innovation asset of the Check@flash armchair is its ECG as there is no need to undress the patient.
