Stream Dx is a low-cost, accurate, in-clinic or at home uroflowmeter that enables Primary Care Physicians (PCP) and urologists to deliver high-quality, inexpensive LUTS care. The Stream Dx device is a small, self-contained portable device into which patients can void naturally in the comfort of their own homes.* The flow rate and volume data collected by Stream Dx is wirelessly transferred to a mobile device and uploaded to a cloud server. There, a detailed frequency and voiding diary as well as a voiding score is generated; this data is then integrated into a patient's electronic health record for review by his PCP or urologist. The reports can be generated prior to an office visit, saving office and clinic time, and also provide more convenience for the patient.
