Stratum Group help kickstart, validate and complete legacy property developments across the Asia Pacific Region. Stratum Group started life in 2013 as a development management company formed specifically to meet the demand and opportunity for a USD 500 million mixed-use development project in Papua New Guinea. Our strength is our people and our people are seasoned specialists chosen because their experience and perspective brings value to projects. Our approach sets us apart, we sit on your side of the table and treat every project as if it was our own. We seek projects that need special care and are fueled by passion. Stratum Group specialise in projects that will benefit from a personal hands on approach. We tailor our approach and are selective of who we work with. We create a partnership with investors, developers and stakeholders aligning our interest with their own and share risk in order to reach reward. We operate where the opportunities exist but specialise within the Asia Pacific Region, our home base is New Zealand.
