Stratonics ThermaViz® is a highly integrated, multi-sensor system that generates sophisticated image analysis for feedback control of additive manufacturing (AM) process parameters. The real-time, true temperature data and dimensional measurement features and controls are currently available on laser based, direct metal deposition AM systems. Several R&D programs are presently funded to integrate Stratonics sensor system into both laser and electron beam with powder bed and wire feed AM platforms.
