Our Story: For years, Patti worked at an IT/Engineering firm delivering technical solutions globally. She recognized a lack of focus on people strategy and leaped into the entrepreneurial space, motivated to make technology adoption compelling and inclusive, she started Strategic Sense in 2008. Patti believes the best of leadership, the science of human behavior, emotional intelligence, and social intelligence can solve people and adoption challenges. Over the years, technological advances have democratized brand connection, creating disruption for iconic companies within all industries. Leaders wrestle with rapid changes, resiliency, agility, and decision-making. Bringing their people along is a constant challenge keeping leaders awake at night.
