Our accuracy is over 90%. This figure is based on a review of 70% of our due diligence reports between 3 and 5 years after deal completion. We have benchmark data about the leadership styles and team work most frequently associated with strong portfolio performance, both for start-up business and for more established businesses. We have a track record of significantly adding value post-completion and are frequently invited back to put in place our recommendations or assess new joiners, e.g CFO's/NXD's. We also offer 6-9 months support contracts to de-risk identified individual and team skills gaps. All our principal consultants have post-graduate qualifications in the behavioral sciences and/or HR. Our approach is based on rigorous observation and interviewing. This provides the highest possible reliability for predicting future performance.
