Since its establishment in 2006, Strategic Properties (SP) has accumulated 17 years of expertise in property management and 12 years in centralization, with a primary focus on multifamily and single-family residences. Guided by the visionary leadership of co-founders Daniel Jaramillo and Tomas Sinisterra and strengthened by Ann-Marie Bomba's strategic partnership since 2023, SP prides itself on a collective six decades of multifamily experience.
