Stratagem Learning is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides fun. high quality competitive after school activities for elementary and middle aged students in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a special emphasis on making speech and debate instruction accessible to everyone. We currently host teams in Palo Alto, Dublin, Pleasanton, and San Ramon.
