Since 2019, we have invested in pre-leased Grade-A commercial assets, including office spaces, warehouses, and industrial properties. Over the past two years, we have facilitated investor exits exceeding ₹400 crore, with returns consistently on target. Today, Strata is building a portfolio of real estate assets while expanding its presence in structured credit in real estate. Strata is backed by Kotak Investment Advisors, Elevation Capital, Mayfield, and Gruhas, and has raised over $8 million in funding to date. We are headquartered in Bengaluru, with a presence in Mumbai.
