Strata Logic is owned and operated by Sheli and David Terry. David is a second generation strata manager following both parents into the industry and has over thirty years of experience as a strata manager and strata business owner. "It is important our clients have every confidence in our ability to give them the right advice and guidance, to provide strong and accurate administrative support and the ability to engage reliable, skilled and fairly priced trades and other professionals". I sold my large strata business in 2014 and took a short break and now return to strata management with a renewed vigor. Sheli brings her background in customer service and hospitality to ensure great client relationships. "For me it's all about the customer experience, making sure our customers are informed and know we have their back. It is after all their property we are managing".
