Strand Fitness offers personal training to men and women who want a better, more personalized approach to fitness - an approach that works for them, their bodies, and their lives. OUR APPROACH Our clients get results with our approach, which blends exercise, nutrition, and healthy habits. They stay motivated and engaged in the process because of our ability to combine the vigorous, sweaty side of fitness with the quieter, mindful elements. OUR EXPERTISE Each of our personal trainers holds national certifications in personal training and nutrition counseling, and they also have decades of professional and life experience. Our clients benefit because they have a fitness partner who knows how to get results and can relate to them and the challenges they face. OUR ENVIRONMENT We've designed our environment with care because we believe it greatly impacts our clients' ability to engage in their work with us. Our space is friendly, private and distraction-free. We welcome all fitness levels, all physical abilities, and all body shapes and sizes. Clients can train with us individually, with a partner, or with a group of friends and/or co-workers.
