Art Shore started STR Training LLC in 1989 and is its' principal consultant. Art’s career spans over 25 years in Learning & Development working both as the head of Learning and Development for 3 multi-nationals and as a consultant to STR’s client organizations in numerous industries including; telecom, consumer products, transportation, broadband, marketing services, and many others. Art is a results-oriented training leader with extensive experience in designing and implementing learning and development initiatives. He has a thorough understanding of adult learning to enhance performance and build workplace skills. He has a proven track record of accomplishment in leading the Learning &Development function including analysis, design, development and evaluation of workplace training programs. Additionally, Art is an energetic self-starter with excellent analytical, organizational, and creative training skills. Art has planned and directed the learning and professional development strategy for organizations ranging from consumer products to professional services. He has developed and implemented learning programs internationally in Poland, Switzerland, England, Spain, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. As a consultant, he has designed synchronous and asynchronous learning programs for organizations large and small. STR’s goal is to assist organizations in becoming more effective and efficient with their talent management initiatives and Learning & Development efforts. We are a team of experienced professional consultants. We develop customized solutions for our client’s specific needs.
