STR’s Grants Management unit provides leading edge software to manage full cycle grants administration. • eGrantsPlus application software supported Mississippi Development Authority (MDA), the Louisiana Office of Community Development (OCD), and the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs to administer HUD CDBG program for homeowners whose homes were damaged/destroyed by Hurricane Katrina and Super Storm Sandy. STR’s Property Management unit provides software capabilities and consulting services to support community revitalization activities by land banks, redevelopment authorities, and municipal governments across the country. • STR software supported Louisiana Land Trust, New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA), and St. Bernard Parish to manage property acquired by the State of Louisiana from homeowners exercising a Road Home sale option. • STR developed ePropertyPlus, a SaaS offering used by land banks, municipal governments and community revitalization agencies to manage inventories of blighted and abandoned properties. ePropertyPlus was 2014 Grand Prize Winner of Amazon Web Services City on a Cloud Partner in Innovation competition and is being used by 14 land banks and 2 municipal redevelopment authorities located in 7 states.
