Storm Property Information

The Storm Property approach is to generate value through working in partnership with landowners, operators and investors by utilising sites with or without planning consent, applying our expertise to enhance these assets through development. We have created a well-defined, consistent approach to development that has delivered attractive returns for our partners across different sectors of the property industry. Our relationships with both operators and investors ensures that we are able to effectively identify the best use of land. Securing a lease or operating agreement minimises risk for the land owner, while maximising return. It also means that we are able to identify the best opportunities for operators to secure the sites that meet their requirements. Storm is a social impact company that focuses on developments that make a difference. Our developments include bespoke high quality homes that improve the lives of vulnerable adults and affordable developments, giving people a chance to get onto the property ladder. Our mixed use schemes aim to deliver affordable housing for the local population as well as commercial space, generating employment in areas that are in need of regeneration. Storm creates well thought out, sustainable buildings that will stand the test of time. Storm Property also develops Affordable Housing for it's partner Registered Provider "Storm Housing Group" including: - Affordable Rent; - Shared Ownership; and - Rent to Buy.
