Stop-A-Minit is a chain of gas stations and convenience stores located throughout upstate South Carolina. We have been a long-standing structure in South Carolina, serving locals and travelers when they need to fill their gas tanks and grab a snack or hot meal. Our company was founded by Roland Drake in 1977 when he opened the first location in Honea Path, SC, as a full-service gas station. Stop-A-Minit continues to be a family-owned and operated business with Drake serving as the president and his sons, Brent and Tyler, as vice presidents.
