Stonetown Capital Group, LLC is a Denver-based real estate investment firm currently focusing on yield-based real estate investments in the world of affordable housing. The principals of Stonetown have deep real estate private equity experience both domestically and abroad and are looking to build a top-tier investment group. Stonetown owns 170 assets totaling approximately 27,000 lots in the manufactured housing and multifamily sectors in Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, New Mexico, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennesse, and Texas. Cairn Communities, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stonetown and manages the majority of Stonetown's manufactured home assets. It is expected that Cairn will continue to grow in lock-step with Stonetown. The principals of Stonetown are focused on growing a yield-based business, be it within the manufactured housing sector (where we are currently focusing), multifamily or hospitality.
