Stone Operations, LLC provides day-to-day consultation, project schedule tracking, and when required, assistance in the production of deliverables to assist client organizations in their efforts to enhance the quality of its management tools. Services can include the following: o Initiative schedule maintenance (deliverables, meetings, and actions and related responsible party, status, due date, dependencies etc.); o Identification and development of necessary KPIs and process changes; o Preparation of weekly status reports for key executives and other identified stakeholders; o Assistance in developing and communicating initiative meeting agendas; o Leadership and/or assistance in the development of deliverables, including the development of documents, spreadsheet tools, and prototype dashboards and reports; o Assistance in developing materials that might assist a third-party to review product platform implementation and maintenance efficiency
