Stone Beam preserves Affordable Housing communities, with a focus on elderly properties operating under project based Section 8. These buildings are home to residents who have lived in them for years and losing them means losing housing that cannot be replaced. We acquire and recapitalize properties at risk of leaving the affordable inventory, then reinvest through federal, state, and local financing programs to extend affordability and restore the buildings themselves. Every decision we make is measured against a single standard, which is the net benefit to the people who live there.
