We specialize in lower limb prosthetics and are absolutely dedicated to making our patients as comfortable as possible and able to do things like go to the grocery store, wind surf, kick box, play basketball, run a marathon, etc. with little to no pain. Owner Jan Stokosa says "Many amputees suffer pain and skin breakdown (some for many years) and are often told 'this is part of being an amputee.' I DON’T AGREE! I am aware of unique conditions and situations that can be very complex and have been successful in significantly reducing or eliminating the source of pain. Quite often the amputation is not the only possible source of pain. This must be understood and evaluated to determine what can be done to correct the problem."
