Stockholms Nation is a non-profit organization run by students for the benefit of students at Uppsala University. Stockholms Nation was founded 1649 and has currently about 6000 members. Run in a democratic way the students elect the officers of the Nation for normally one year. The Nations two buildings in central Uppsala houses resturants, studies, clubs, etc. It also contains a library with studies and different kind of literature.
