SKH was founded in 2014 when the former colleges DOCH Dans och Cirkushögskolan, Operahögskolan and Stockholms dramatiska högskola joined forces to develop together in close dialogue with the surrounding arts and cultural life, to be a dynamic and driving force for artistic knowledge formation and to promote the importance of the arts in social development. We have around 500 students and 250 employees in management, research, libraries, departments and administration. Within the administration you will find the departments of Finance, Property and Services, Research Office, HR, IT, Management Office, Communication and Education Administration.
