Less than 4% of women-owned firms achieve 7 figures in annual revenue. Less than 1% of women of color founders achieve 7 figures in annual revenue. As a black-woman-owned 7-figure firm, we relate to the unique challenges and isolation that women experience upon reaching this level. The 4% Fellowship supports these women who have achieved this rare feat (as well as women founders on track to reaching it) and normalizes their journey through masterminding, strategic planning, community and leadership development.
