New Realm Brewing Company is an American craft brewery started in 2016 by co-founders Carey Falcone, Bob Powers and Mitch Steele. On a mission to rethink tradition and bend the rules, the team planted their first production facility in a 20,000-square foot space on Atlanta’s eastside Beltline trail in December of 2017, featuring a 25hl brewhouse, fully equipped QA/QC lab, 3,000-square foot restaurant, rooftop patio and beer garden. A second location opened in Virginia Beach in the middle of 2018 enabling New Realm to increase their ability to innovate and create new beers. The Virginia Beach location is a 58,000-square foot space with a 50bbl brewhouse, multi-format packaging equipment, and a fully equipped QA/QC lab. Like Atlanta, the second location features a large outdoor beer garden, private event space and restaurant. New Realm’s core principles are quality, creativity, authenticity, and striving for perfection, all with a customer-centric commitment and approach. Our breweries produce both experimental and traditional beers for sale in our restaurants and for wider distribution. We use quality ingredients and rigorous process control to ensure that our products are of the highest taste and quality when they reach the consumer. The hospitality side of our venture is committed to providing a welcoming, enriching dining experience with dishes from an eclectic, southern-accented menu. Our goal is to marry the brewing process to the dining experience as much as possible, through the visuals in our restaurant, via curated food-beer pairings, and through education and facility tours. We aim to provide our guests with a "choose your own adventure"-style experience through a variety of different dining settings and atmospheres. The first brewery for SweetWater was off of Fulton Industrial Boulevard, on Atlanta’s west side and opened our doors on February 17th, 1997. SweetWater’s second and current location is in Midtown Atlanta, adjacent to Ansley Park, in the Armour Circle Industrial Park just off of Piedmont and Monroe. This new building is 115,000 square feet of brewing goodness and smack in the middle of all the action. Since the brewery began we’ve wanted to be closer to our homes, the bars and stores that sell our beer, and all the good folks that drink it. Fortunately seven years of great growth gave us that opportunity. We learned a lot from that location and left all those mistakes behind as we built our new home. We have been here since 2004 and it feels good to be settled in. Our new home has enough capacity to brew 420,000 barrels of beer a year, but hopefully it'll be a few more years before we start feeling the walls getting tight again. SweetWater holds tours and tastings weekly on Thursday's and Friday between 4:20 and 9 Saturday 11 - 10 & Sundays 12:30 - 7pm. SweetWater is also open for private events throughout the week.

Terrapin Beer Co. began as a daydream between founders John Cochran and Spike Buckowski, who brewed and released their first beer, Rye Pale Ale, in 2002. Six months after it’s release, the beer made it to Denver for GABF, where John and Spike took home a Gold Medal for Rye Pale Ale in the American Pale Ale Category. Inspired by the creative culture of Athens, GA, Terrapin began to add to its beer lineup, with unique beers like W-n-B, Hopsecutioner, and many others. Today, Rye Pale Ale is accompanied by six other year-round beers, four seasonal sessions, and at least a dozen special projects, side projects and collaborations. Whether you’re joining us for a brewery tour at our tasting room, drinking a Hopsecutioner at your favorite watering hole, sipping some Hi-5 on your back porch, or enjoying a RecreationAle after a long day on the trail, we hope you appreciate the dedication we’ve put in for 14 years (and counting!)
