The Still Programme meets the organisation where the problem is showing up. Burnout doesn't announce itself in the boardroom. It shows up in sick days, in disengagement, in reps missing number, in leaders who stopped caring two quarters ago. By the time it's visible in performance, it's usually been building quietly for two to three quarters already. Most burnout support is recovery — EAPs, wellness stipends, mental health days.
