Stickman Brews focuses entirely on American twists of Belgian inspired beers. Our beers are made with our own house cultures of farmhouse and wild yeasts then fermented and aged in the old school open top style. We're trying to brew in a way that blends all the awesome innovation of modern American beer culture with that classic funk of Belgian farmhouse brewing. In addition to draft beer and all the fancy cheese and charcuterie you can pair with it, we will soon offer an extensive collection of bottle conditioned beers to take home and hope to become your new local bottle shop.
