Stick-n-Rudder Flight Training Information

Welcome to the Twin Cities leading ground school provider for pilots. At Stick-n-Rudder Flight Training, LLC® we believe that the best flight training starts on the ground and not in the air. If you are a new Student Pilot, a licensed Private Pilot working on your Instrument Rating, or are a more experienced pilot working on a Commercial Certificate or wish to become a Certificated Flight Instructor, our ground schools will offer you the knowledge you need to accomplish your aviation goals. We believe in teaching students to an overall level of understanding about aviation, real world applications, and the responsibilities of having a pilot's license. Safety and sound aeronautical decision making is our goal. We will not teach you to memorize the multiple choice questions on the FAA Knowledge Exam just to pass the test. You must do that on your own. We will teach you how to think like an Aviator. Whether you flight train with us, or elsewhere, our ground schools will provide you with the foundation of knowledge you need to help make you a confident, safe, and skilled pilot. At the present time we are only conducting ground schools and are not flight training. We would be happy to refer to you a local flight school near you that has rental aircraft and instructors if needed.
