Stichting Veldstudie Information

Stichting Veldstudie (Veldstudiecentrum Hei- en Boeicop) provides instruction and training opportunities in research and fieldwork techniques for science classes, especially for biology and physical geography. For children, the programs tend to be more playful nature oriented activities (natuuronderwijs en natuurbeleving). Clients are mainly but not solely primary and secondary schools, and universities for professional education. These may be both Dutch and International Schools (IB). Trainings mostly take place at one- to multiple-days' camps, but it is possible to have an instructor with equipment visit the school or company as well. The instructors are all trained biologists, ecologists, environmental scientists or professional biology/geography teachers.
