Statistics Netherlands (Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek in Dutch) is responsible for collecting and processing data in order to publish statistics to be used in practice, by policymakers and for scientific research. In addition to its responsibility for (official) national statistics, Statistics Netherlands also has the task of producing European (community) statistics. The information Statistics Netherlands publishes incorporates a multitude of societal aspects, from macro-economic indicators such as economic growth and consumer prices, to the incomes of individual people and households.

Auris is the expert in helping with hearing, talking, and language. We have schools for (secondary) special education, audiological centers, and care locations. We also offer ambulatory services and support professionals through education and advice. We do this based on practice-oriented scientific research. With more than 1800 people, we make sure our clients and students can join in society as best they can.
